Engineered successful settlement of multi-party litigation in Virginia state courts involving claims of defective foreclosure, challenges to title to real property, and monetary claims exceeding four million dollars among various claimants and counterclaimants.

Worldwide Investigations v. BNX Systems

Successful defense of claims of infringement/theft of intellectual property rights involving biometric identification systems and related patent portfolio.

Marquette Equipment Finance, LLC v. Rowe Fine Furniture, Inc., et al.

Prosecution of Complaint in U.S. District Court for conversion, violations of the Virginia Computer Crimes Act, breach of fiduciary duties, statutory and common law conspiracy, and unjust enrichment. Case settled with favorable result for client.

Gordon P. Peyton, Trustee v. Dorris, et al.

Prosecution of Complaint in U.S. Bankruptcy Court on behalf of bankruptcy trustee to pursue alter-ego and veil piercing claims against principals of bankrupt debtor. Litigation resulted in entry of judgment in favor of the Trustee in excess of a million dollars.
