Bruce W. Henry  bwh@henrylaw.com

Mr. Henry has many years’ experience representing banks, businesses, and creditor committees in all areas of general business practice, including representation of creditors and debtors in complex business bankruptcies.  For a many years he has been listed in Best Lawyers in America and Washington Post Magazine’s D.C. Area’s Best Lawyers for bankruptcy in Virginia.  He has a broad understanding of business, accounting and real estate issues which enable him to serve his clients well both in and out of court.  He appears regularly in the Bankruptcy Courts, U.S. District Courts, and state trial courts in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has successfully prosecuted and defended numerous appeals to the Fourth Circuit and state appellate courts.

Kevin M. O’Donnell

Mr. O’Donnell represents businesses and individuals in many areas of commercial litigation, including complex bankruptcies and business reorganizations.  He has acted as debtor’s counsel in many business reorganization cases filed in the Eastern District of Virginia, including many of the most substantial bankruptcy reorganization cases filed in that Court.  In litigation in both Virginia state and federal courts, Mr. O’Donnell has represented clients in numerous cases involving commercial transactions, contract law, fraud and commercial real estate issues. For several years (2001 - 2004), Mr. O’Donnell served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at his alma mater, George Mason University School of Law, teaching Secured Transactions and the Uniform Commercial Code.

Donna H. Henry has over 20 years' experience in business law transactions, commercial litigation and real estate.  Mrs. Henry has represented many businesses on issues relating to set-up and organization, drafting and negotiation of contracts and leases, and lending transactions.  In addition, she has represented a variety of clients in business and real estate disputes in the state and federal courts of Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Jeffery T. Martin, Jr.  jtm@henrylaw.com

Mr. Martin represents clients in all aspects of the firm’s practice, with an emphasis on bankruptcy and commercial litigation.  He regularly appears on behalf of clients in the Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of Virginia, and in other Virginia state and federal trial courts.  He is an honors graduate from law school and recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal for Excellence in Bankruptcy Studies (graduating class member selected for demonstrated excellence in debtor-creditor law) and the Joel B. Rosenthal Commercial Law Award (graduating class member selected for demonstrated excellence in commercial law).
